Delivery

• All orders placed before 6pm will be despatched the same day, with the occasional exception of orders containing medicinal products. These occasionally require delayed despatch to ensure compliant delivery

• Scottish Highland, Irish and Island addresses are despatched on a 48 hour or 72 hour delivery service, but please contact us for clarification if required

• Goods are sent to the rest of mainland UK on a next day courier service for delivery by 5pm the following day

• We offer free carriage on all orders over £74.99 net to these addresses, over £149.99 net to Northern Irish addresses.

• Orders under these values will incur a £6.90 handling charge for mainland UK addresses, £10.90 for Northern Irish addresses.

• Scottish Highland and offshore island addresses are subject to different criteria due to higher delivery costs - please contact us for clarification

• Should your order not arrive when expected, contact us and we will track the parcel for you

• If goods arrive damaged, please sign for the items as 'damaged' and notify us within 24 hours of delivery

• Cold chain products should be unpacked and refrigerated immediately upon arrival to maintain correct storage temperatures
